Once a customer has purchased an event online, over the phone, or via walk-in, the customer is entitled to participate in that event only. Multiple purchases can be made by a customer in a single transaction as well as a single customer being allowed to make multiple transactions.
Upon arrival at the venue for a purchased event and in the interests of security, the customer is required to show the Credit/Debit card used to complete the transaction.
ALL drivers are required to produce a valid form of ID when signing in, we reserve the right to refuse entry to those without a valid form of ID.

Simply Go Karting Ltd is responsible for all website transactions. All payment/card details are taken through our secure Paymentsense payment portal and any actual transfers of funds are encrypted using SSL encryption.
Return, Refund, Cancellation Policies
There is no return, refund or cancellation allowed on any transaction. Once payment has been taken for an event it cannot be modified in any way. Failure to show for the event will result in the customer losing their allocated space in that event, with any future events being taken as a new booking.

COMPETITION RUN TIME

End Date: Winner announced week beginning 29/07/2019
Jump London will be giving away a free children’s birthday party. The party can be on any date but is subject to availability. The maximum amount of children will be 20.
The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the date of their entry.
The prize of a free birthday party will be subject to availability, so you may not get the exact day and time that you prefer due to existing bookings.
Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered.
By making an online booking and signing up to receive marketing materials, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation.
Personal data may remain stored by the Promoter and the Prize Provider after the Competition has ended and may be used for marketing purposes.
The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms. A complaint will not be considered if it is made more than 14 days after the date that the offer is used.
