Our 1 hour fitness classes offer a fun, full body, cardiovascular and strength training fitness program in a fun and relaxed environment with fully qualified and motivating fitness instructors.

If you want to get fit, but see hitting the gym as your idea of torture, then our classes are perfect for you.

Designed to be way more fun than your typical workout, we have classes and plans to suit jumpers of all ages and abilities.

Even if you’re a fitness junkie you’ll be amazed at the difference as you burn over 1000 calories in an hour.
